If alcohol has become a problem in your life, you are not alone. Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of individuals who share their experience, strength, and hope with one another to address their common issue and assist others in recovering from alcoholism. In Alpine and the surrounding Big Bend region, recovery meetings provide a safe, welcoming, and confidential space for anyone seeking support for recovery.
There are no dues or fees for membership. The only requirement for Alcoholics Anonymous membership is a desire to stop drinking.
Whether you are attending your first meeting, returning after some time away, or simply looking for information, you are welcome here. Meetings in Alpine are open to people from all walks of life and are grounded in mutual respect, anonymity, and support.
Recovery begins one day at a time — and you do not have to do it alone.
